Competition Rules

We are very proud that April Follies Competition has been officially sanctioned by the North American Same-Sex Partner Dance Association and authorized by NASSPDA to offer California Championship Titles in all graded events! Check the NASSPDA website for a list of sanctioned and title events in North America.

Most Fabulous Studio Award

April Follies is again thrilled to offer the Most Fabulous Studio Award. Started In January 09 at theDancing in the River City competition in Sacramento, the trophy was intially won by Trip the Light Fantastc but was recently reclaimed by the Sacramento dancers. When you register. be sure to indicte the studio/group to which you belong. Whichever studio brings the most contestants to April follies will win possession of this dazzling trophy.
